Customs Duty Advisory Ltd was set up in response to the increased demands on UK businesses involved in EU and global trade post-Brexit.
The objective is to assist businesses in achieving trouble free and well ordered trade.
Customs duty and import VAT is a highly complex area of taxation. It is not generally a matter that your local accountant can advise on in any great depth so it is advisable to seek specialist advice.
our Experience
Founding director, Paul O'Neill, has nearly 20 years of indirect tax and duties experience spread across HMRC, KPMG, EY and a leading city law firm. Paul has worked as a freelance consultant for 5 years.
We are very fortunate to be able to call on the services of 2 other consultants, who between have over 50 years experience of customs duty and VAT. We therefore consider, that we bring a high level of expertise and experience to out clients.
Should a matter proceed to litigation, we are partnered with leading law firms in the UK, EU and US.
